Programme Lead – Public Health
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Post-Graduate degree in Public Health / Community Medicine / Health
Policy/ Health Systems / Digital Healthcare or related discipline. Ph.D. Desirable. - Experience:
- (a) Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in public health, digital healthcare, or allied sectors in Government or reputed organisations.
- (b) Must have demonstrated experience in conducting research and publishing research papers in reputed journals in the areas of public health and/or digital healthcare.
Key Responsibilities/ Scope of Work :
- Lead the formulation, design, and execution of research projects, programmes, and initiatives in public health and digital healthcare
- Develop vertical priorities, project plans, and implementation frameworks aligned with organisational goals
- Oversee research, field studies, data systems, and publication outputs including
reports, papers, and knowledge products - Lead the Public Health & Digital Health vertical and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Build and manage partnerships with government agencies, research institutions, and sector stakeholders for collaborative initiatives
- Ensure evidence-based programme development and policy recommendations
grounded in data, insights, and field realities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong research, analytical and scientific writing capabilities
- Deep understanding of public health systems, digital health ecosystem, mental
health and working on issues of ageing population, and understanding of policy
implementation in India - Demonstrated leadership, team management, and project execution abilities
- Ability to independently deliver outcomes in a time-bound, mission-driven
environment
