Senior Fellow– Cultural Heritage
We are looking for candidates with expertise in India’s cultural heritage, strong research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of India’s civilizational ethos. Excellent writing skills and extensive research experience, reflecting proficiency in the cultural heritage sector, are crucial for this role.
The responsibilities include documenting Indian culture and all other aspects covering our rich traditions and heritage. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a team that consistently works towards preserving, promoting, and protecting India’s cultural heritage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D./Postgraduate degree/PG Diploma in history, cultural studies, art, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in research, documentation, policy writing, and analysis of India’s cultural heritage.
- Proven track record of research and writing- books, monographs, magazines, newspaper articles, reports and publications on natural heritage and environmental policies.
- Experience working with reputed national/international organizations on cultural heritage of India.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cultural heritage initiatives, research, and documentation efforts.
- Collaborate with teams for data collection, research, and policy development.
- Engage with government, NGOs, scholars, and research institutions.
- Develop partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Disseminate research through publications, presentations, and conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and analysts.
