Senior Research Associate / Research Associate – Public Health
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Digital Healthcare, Community Medicine, Health Policy, Health Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- (a) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public health, digital health, health systems research, programme implementation, or related domains in government institutions, research organisations, or reputed NGOs.
- (b) Demonstrated experience in conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports, briefs, or publications.
Key Responsibilities/ Scope of Work :
- Support the formulation and execution of research studies, policy analysis, and projects in public health and digital healthcare.
- Assist in research design, literature review, field coordination, data management, and analysis using quantitative and/or qualitative methods.
- Draft research reports, policy notes, briefs, presentations, and knowledge products.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders for project activities, documentation, and timely deliverables.
- Contribute to programme planning, monitoring, and reporting in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Provide technical support to the Public Health & Digital Health vertical and work closely with the Programme Lead for high-quality outputs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong research and analytical abilities with proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
- Good scientific writing skills including report writing, policy communication, and evidence synthesis.
- Understanding of public health systems, digital health frameworks, data governance, and emerging health sector priorities in India.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment and manage tasks independently with adherence to timelines.
