Graphic Designer
Essential Qualifications:
- Education:Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in any discipline. Degree in Fine Arts (MFA/BFA) or Certificate Courses in Graphic Designing/ Multimedia/ Video Creation/ Editing desirable;
- Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Graphic Design/Visual Communication in a reputed Government institution/ autonomous organisation/ research institution/ NGO.
Key Responsibilities/ Scope of Work :
- Design engaging and high-quality digital and print-ready visual content such as reports, magazines, banners, backdrop, posters, etc;
- To prepare layouts and artwork for annual reports, research reports, policy briefs, and other official publications;
- Develop graphics and communication material for social media platforms, digital campaigns, events, and exhibitions;
- Ensure uniformity, thematic consistency, and adherence to the visual identity of Sankala Foundation across all communication material;
- Collaborate with research, programme, and communication teams for developing infographics, data visualisations, charts, and thematic illustrations based on technical inputs;
- Adapt designs for multiple formats (print, web, mobile) and keep abreast with emerging trends in design, media, and communication;
- Deliver high-quality outputs within stipulated timelines and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
Required Skills for Potential Candidates
- Proficiency in
- Adobe Illustrator;
- InDesign;
- CorelDRAW;
- After Effects; and
- Photoshop.
