• Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a refund. Proof of damage (photo evidence) is required.
• Cancellations: Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Digital product orders cannot be canceled after purchase.
• Refund Process: Refunds are credit to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
• We don’t offer any returns.
