Assam and West Bengal, and his interactions with Small Tea Growers (STGs) and other stakeholders provided valuable
insights into the challenges and opportunities that prompted this study. His insights into impacts of climate variability and
the need for safe and sustainable tea production while securing the livelihoods of Small Tea Growers, and encouragement
has shaped this study
